I would be what most persons describe as a serial entrepreneur.
Over the course of 20 years, I’ve tried so many businesses. Internet Marketing (SEO), truck driving, selling on eBay, selling bundles of hair and cell phones. I sold custom designer sneakers, worked in Chicago real estate, landscaping, and in facilities construction. I was into buying and selling mobile homes and bird-dogging used cars. I owned a fence company, coffee shop/kiosk, and freight delivery service for FedEx Custom Critical, just to name a few.
As you can see, I’ve been through quite a few industries and businesses.
But then I got my breakthrough in real estate … Property Preservation, to be exact.

I started in the real estate industry with a truck and a lawnmower cutting grass. I knew there were more lucrative ways to earn than just basic property maintenance, but I didn’t know how to break into them.

Be a giver. Too many Property Preservation specialists worry about giving away their secrets, of creating competition. But I know my industry, and we can all get our slice of the pie. So, my students appreciate the level of access and actionable information they get when they work with me.
